Spanning over two years (Grades 11 & 12), the IBDP is popular as a pre-university curriculum, well known for its exceptional preparation for university life. The programme demands in-depth research, critical thinking and collaboration skills, similar to the university experience in many ways.
Quality of teaching plays an important role in IBDP performance. The teachers at GIIS are all IB trained and 60% are IB examiners, which requires stringent selection criteria and extensive training.
