GIIS Tokyo Referral Programme

To express our gratitude, we’re pleased to continue the GIIS Referral Programme , a special initiative created to thank you, our dedicated supporters, for introducing new families to our school. Your recommendation helps us reach more students and enables us to continue growing the GIIS Tokyo family.

As part of this exclusive referral campaign, families can now enjoy an enhanced referral benefit, making it even more rewarding to share the GIIS experience with others.

This programme recognises your valuable role in our community and celebrates the connections that make GIIS Tokyo a vibrant and welcoming place for every family. We are grateful to have you as a valued member of the GIIS Tokyo family.

A referral is the highest honour we can receive from our GIIS family. 

What are the benefits for you ?

Taking part in this programme offers benefits for both families involved in the referral journey. The family who is referred will enjoy JPY 25,000 off the tuition fee* upon successful enrolment of their child at GIIS Tokyo. The family who refers the new student will receive a Gift coupon worth JPY 25,000* as our token of appreciation for helping us welcome a new family into the GIIS Tokyo community.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

tick-mark-2The programme starts from August, 2026 and is valid until December  31, 2026.

Referrals may be submitted by GIIS parents or non-GIIS parents, and should include information such as the name, contact number, and email address of both the referrer and the referee.

tick-mark-2The referred contact must not already be in the GIIS Tokyo database or online contact list.

tick-mark-2The referred parent must mention the referring parent during their campus visit and admission to GIIS, Tokyo.

tick-mark-2The referrer will receive their reward only after the referred student has completed one month at GIIS Tokyo. The referred parent will receive their reward after the next term fee is paid, usually between 2 to 3 months.

tick-mark-2GIIS reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding the programme and payment.
