Participants: Parent and Child in pair

Theme: No-bake, No-fire cooking

Venue: Culinary Studio, Level 3

Guidelines for participation:

• Ingredients and cooking tools to be provided on the spot.
• No cooking is allowed on-site.

Judging criteria:

• Presentation: Creativity and appeal of the final dish.
• Teamwork: Collaboration between parent and child.

Child's Age Group: 2-6 years old

Participants: Children only 

Venue: Grand MPH, Level 1

Each child is encouraged to dress up in a creative costume of their choice, reflecting a character, profession, animal, or theme they admire or find interesting.

During their presentation, they will:

• Introduce themselves and their character/theme.
• Share a short description of their costume, explaining the inspiration behind it.
• Act or narrate a small dialogue, rhyme, or activity related to their costume (optional but encouraged).

Time Limit: Each participant will have 1-2 minutes to present.

Judging Criteria: Participants will be evaluated based on:

• Creativity and Costume Design: The originality and effort put into the costume.
• Clarity and Expression: How effectively the child explains their costume.
• Confidence: How comfortable and enthusiastic the child appears while presenting.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded in two age groups: 2-4 years and 4-6 years, with three prizes for each age group. Prize distribution ceremony to be held at MPH, Level 1 at 5pm!

Slots: Limited (First come, First serve)

Child's Age Group: 3-6 years old

Participants: Child to participate with parent in a pair (team game)

Venue: MPH Primary, Level 6

Obstacle Stations:

Station 1: Hula Hoop 

• Task: The child must complete 10 spins of the hula hoop around their waist.
• Parent’s Role: Cheer and encourage the child. Parents may assist with the hula hoop, if needed.

Station 2: Skipping

• Task: Both the parent and child must complete 10 skips using a jump rope.
• Parent’s Role: Skipping alongside the child.

Station 3: Balloon Blowing Challenge

• Task: Together, the parent and child must blow up and tie 8 balloons.

Judging Criteria:

• Teams will be judged based on their speed and teamwork.
• Bonus points for enthusiasm shown during the race!

Prizes:

Top 3 participants will be awarded. Prize distribution ceremony to be held at MPH, Level 1 at 5pm!
